Damaged Orders on Arrival
If your order arrived damaged, we can issue a replacement or a full refund, after you have supplied us with a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
We offer a 30 days money-back guarantee on all orders. To apply for a refund, please contact us at: email@example.com with the subject "Refund". Please allow 3-5 days to receive your full refund via the payment method used.
If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund if returned within 30 days after the date the order was received. For refunds or replacements please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve any issues with the order.
There are no refunds or exchanges on our gift cards and they are not redeemable for cash or resale.
